Serving as the main point of contact for accounts payable issues, the full-time Accounts Payable Administrator will manage invoice discrepancies, ensure timely vendor payments, and process check requests while working remotely. Key responsibilities Act as the primary contact for all branches in the assigned region regarding accounts payable issues Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies in the A/P Invoice Preview Queue Ensure timely payments to vendors and manage check requests and wire transfers for the assigned region Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of two years of accounts payable or relevant industry experience preferred Understanding of accounts payable processing Good analytical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and detail-oriented
