CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour
SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently seeking CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Norfolk, MA! We are looking for compassionate and dependable caregivers who are dedicated to helping clients receive personalized care while remaining safe and comfortable in their own homes. With 20 to 40 hours per week available, you can explore a work schedule that fits your needs.

Your Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
Help with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home
Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
Communicate client needs and changes to the care team
Qualifications
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Patient, compassionate, and reliable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable providing care independently in a client's home
Dependable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts
