Coach Babysitters is currently seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as In-Home Babysitters. As an In-Home Babysitter, you will have the opportunity to choose age range that you like to work with from new born to 3 years old plus and to provide nurturing care and support to children ranging in age from 3 months to 14 years in the comfort of their own homes. Whether you are seeking full-time or part-time opportunities, this role offers flexibility and the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. It is fun, fairly easier than other childcare jobs and you have support all the time when needed or even if needed day offs or vacation (need to be discussed during interview)

 

Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for children in their homes.
• Supervise and monitor children’s activities to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Provide age-appropriate care and support, including feeding, diaper changing, assisting with homework, engaging in playtime activities, and organizing recreational outings.
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians regarding the child’s daily activities, progress, and any concerns that may arise.
• Implement established routines and schedules as provided by parents or guardians.
• Foster a positive and nurturing atmosphere to promote the social, emotional, and intellectual development of children.
• Encourage and assist children with learning and practicing good manners, personal hygiene, and basic life skills.
• Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations, following established safety protocols.
• Respect and maintain the privacy and confidentiality of families and their homes.

 

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in babysitting, childcare, or related roles is preferred but not required.
• Passion for working with children and a genuine interest in their well-being and development.
• Knowledge of age-appropriate activities and child development milestones.
• Ability to adapt to different household environments and follow specific instructions provided by parents or guardians.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and other family members.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight stays.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to providing exceptional care to children.

 

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it,We will pay for those needed ).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with no DUI to commute to families home or willing or anyway you can commute to be ontime .
• Successful completion of a thorough background check.
