As a Critical Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, MICU, you provide front-line care to critically ill pediatric patients with complex medical conditions. Working in Boston Children’s 22-bed MICU, you assess, diagnose, and manage patients, perform interventions and selected procedures, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team. You support and educate families, contribute to research and quality initiatives, and rotate day and night shifts, including approximately every third weekend.
