Revit Drafter (Architectural - High Rise)

Location: Florida (Must be local)

Languages Required: Bilingual – English & Spanish

We are seeking a highly skilled architectural Revit drafter with extensive experience in construction documentation and project delivery. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Revit modeling and a proven track record working across hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Core Responsibilities

• Support architectural design phases under the direction of a Project Architect
• Lead drafting and documentation efforts from design to construction
• Conduct project research, programming, and zoning/code analysis
• Collaborate with engineering and consultant teams to ensure integrated design solutions
• Develop and produce detailed, scaled construction documents
• Address technical and design challenges with practical solutions

Qualifications

• Degree or technical certification in Architecture or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in architectural drafting and 3D modeling
• Advanced Revit capabilities with proven ability to generate complex models
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Familiarity with SketchUp, 3DS Max, V-Ray, Lumion (preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (preferred)
• Demonstrated experience preparing architectural/construction drawing sets
• Strong problem-solving and design skills
• Direct experience working on high-rise projects
• Able to perform in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Must be currently located in Florida

Compensation

Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
