Megalabs USA is seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Ecommerce Operations & Business Intelligence Specialist to support our growing portfolio of ecommerce brands.

This role sits at the intersection of ecommerce operations, inventory planning, sales forecasting, business intelligence, technology and automation.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with data but also understands how that data connects to inventory, sales, marketplaces and the day-to-day operation of an ecommerce business. We're looking for someone who is particularly comfortable with AI, APIs and automation and is constantly looking for ways to make reporting and operational processes faster, smarter and more scalable.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain sales forecasts across brands, channels and SKUs.
\n
• Support inventory planning and management , including weeks/months of supply, sell-through, stockout risk, excess inventory and replenishment needs.
\n
• Build and automate recurring ecommerce, sales, inventory and operational reporting .
\n
• Manage and troubleshoot APIs, data feeds and ecommerce technology integrations across platforms.
\n
• Use AI and automation tools to improve reporting, forecasting, analysis and repetitive operational workflows.
\n
• Work with Amazon, Shopify and other ecommerce/marketplace data to create actionable reporting.
\n
• Develop dashboards and tools that give the team visibility into sales trends, inventory and operational KPIs.
\n
• Identify data inconsistencies and work across teams to improve data accuracy and reliability.
\n
• Partner with Ecommerce, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and Operations on forecasting and business planning.
\n
• Proactively identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.
\n
• Support new technology implementations and integrations as the ecommerce organization continues to scale.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• 2–5+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, business intelligence, analytics, inventory planning or a related field.
\n
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and experience working with large datasets.
\n
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar.
\n
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations and data flows .
\n
• Highly fluent in AI tools and comfortable using AI to automate workflows, analyze data and improve productivity.
\n
• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n or similar is a strong plus.
\n
• SQL, Python or other data/automation experience is a plus.
\n
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify and ecommerce platforms strongly preferred.
\n
• Understanding of inventory forecasting, demand planning and ecommerce KPIs.
\n
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities and systems continue to evolve.
\n
• Strong problem-solving mentality — someone who doesn't just report a problem, but looks for ways to solve and automate it.
\n

What Success Looks Like

This person should help us get to a point where less reporting and operational work is manual , our sales and inventory forecasts are more reliable, our systems communicate better with each other, and the team can access the information it needs faster.
